Ariel Unlimited LLC is a tri-certified Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) and Small Business Enterprise (SBE), founded in 2011, with over 15 years of corporate experience delivering project management, governance, documentation, and technology-modernization support to public-sector agencies and prime contractors. The firm is led by principal Paul Cooper, whose personal project management career spans over 25 years.

Our three flagship packages are PMO Recovery & Closeout Sprint, Governance & Documentation Sprint, and Technology Implementation Readiness Sprint. Typical outputs include milestone baselines, risk and issue registers, decision logs, governance and reporting routines, SOPs, knowledge-transfer materials, and implementation-readiness and acceptance planning.
For subcontract assignments, Ariel owns its agreed deliverables; the prime retains overall contract leadership.

Ariel’s representative engagements include SMBC Americas - IT modernization and technology PMO governance; Verint Systems - enterprise SaaS and cloud migration coordination; Heartland Financial - Salesforce nCino workstreams supporting Paycheck Protection Program delivery for a banking client; and CIT Group - dependency, spend and reporting governance across multi-million-dollar project portfolios.
These engagements were delivered through Ariel Unlimited LLC under consulting agreements. At SMBC and Verint, principal Paul Cooper transitioned to direct employment for the latter portion of each tenure at the client’s request; all other engagements listed here were performed through Ariel throughout.
